1. use of this website

this site provides information about our products, our brand, and the retailers who carry drifted.
currently, some products may be view-only, and purchasing may be available only through select retail partners. in the future, certain items may be offered for direct online purchase through this website.

3. hemp compliance (2018 farm bill)

all drifted products are hemp-derived and comply with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill).
our products contain <0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, verified through independent third-party lab testing.

however, hemp regulations differ by state. it is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws before purchasing or using any hemp-derived product.
we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate state restrictions.
